Updated 3 October 2026. This notice describes how WAVEFORM Trading handles your information.

What we collect

When you start an order, we collect your email address and TradingView username. We keep the order reference, amount and currency, payment confirmation, and the status of your guide and indicator access. If you contact support, we use the information you supply to resolve your question.

Website traffic

We count visits and page views, group referral sources such as Instagram and YouTube, and measure checkout and completed-purchase activity. We also count checkout starts, validation categories, payment-page redirects and technical error categories. These diagnostic records do not contain form field values, card details or error-response text. A random identifier in your browser’s temporary tab storage groups pages into a visit. It resets after 30 minutes of inactivity, after 24 hours, or when the tab session ends. We do not use advertising cookies or store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, full referring URLs or query strings in our traffic records. Where available, a visit is linked to an order to measure completed purchases. Traffic records are retained to compare website performance over time and are available only to the site owner. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Your browser or our hosting providers may separately process technical connection information to deliver the website.

Payments and delivery

Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not on WAVEFORM’s website. Stripe processes the payment and may collect billing, fraud-prevention and other information under its privacy policy. We receive the payment information needed to verify and fulfil your order; our website does not store your full card number or security code.

Your TradingView username is used to grant indicator access through TradingView. Your email is used for order messages and support. Purchasing does not sign you up to marketing emails.

Storage and service providers

The website and order records use OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Email and access delivery use the relevant email and TradingView services. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. We limit order management to authorised access.

Retention and your requests

We keep the records needed to deliver lifetime access, support your purchase and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. Email us to request access to or correction of your information, or to discuss deletion. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes.
